About The Position
The EKG Tech is responsible for administering basic electrocardiographic procedures. The technician is responsible for the proper operation of all EKG equipment with special demonstration of artifact troubleshooting skills in order to record quality tracings. The technician is responsible for recognition of life-threatening EKG patterns and notification of appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- High School completion / GED
- Current BLS certification required at time of hire.

- EKG Certification preferred
