About The Position

The Phlebotomist/EKG technician is the primary person responsible for collecting laboratory specimens and performing EKGs on patients treated in the outpatient setting, including off site locations and nursing homes. They are also responsible for collecting laboratory specimens from hospital inpatients. Patients range in age from newborn through older adult.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years' experience required
  • High School/GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Vocational/Technical School preferred
