About The Position

Performs various EKG's, Holters, Stress Testing as well as paperwork and filing in the Cardiology Department according to specific policy and protocol. Performs other delegated tasks in accordance with departmental policies. Must be able to work weekends/holidays and be flexible to shift changes.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work under stressful situations
• Must possess good physical health
• Standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time
• Lifting at least 50 pounds
• Ability to work with a moderate level of noise
• Constant (67%-100%) – pushing/pulling, reaching, handling/feeling, talking, hearing seeing
• Frequently (34%-66%) – NONE
• Occasionally (1%-33%)- lifting, carrying, climbing (stairs, ladders, etc.), balancing, stooping and crouching

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience as an EKG or Cardiology Technician
• Previous medical experience preferred
