In this role, you will: Ensure compliance & system excellence Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly HSE metrics. Manage HSE information systems within the corporate network. Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, leading audits and continuous improvement projects. Strengthen safety culture Coach leadership and employees at all levels on HSE responsibilities. Facilitate organizational development initiatives to address root causes of environmental and safety issues. Lead safety committee initiatives and enforce use of PPE. Risk Management & Incident Response Conduct safety and environmental risk assessments. Lead incident investigations and drive closure of corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate emergency drills and respond to on‑site emergencies when needed. Training & Compliance Deliver and coordinate HSE training programs for all employees. Oversee contractor safety orientation. Ensure timely submission of reports to corporate and legal entities. Records & Administration Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, and incidents. Manage workers’ compensation cases in coordination with approved medical providers. Oversee chemical/material approval process and recycling programs. Additional Duties Prepare the annual HSE department budget. Support off‑shift activities when required. Perform other duties as assigned.
