We are currently looking for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. This role focuses on safety within a welding, steel fabrication, and heavy industrial metalworking environment and is accountable for implementing and sustaining EHS programs. The EHS Specialist is responsible for oversight of safety for our second shift, with occasional coverage on first shift as business needs dictate. The position is accountable for supporting all safety activities across our fabrication and production operations, including monitoring safety objectives and targets, internal reporting of the Safety department performance, and ensuring our safety programs, policies, and procedures are implemented and sustained. The EHS Specialist will also ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and support a strong safety culture that engages all employees working in welding, fabrication, machining, and heavy steel production environments. The EHS Specialist role requires flexibility in working hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
