Requirements

• A strategic EHS leader with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• A relationship‑builder who can influence at all levels—from the shop floor to senior leadership
• Experienced in multi‑site EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve company‑wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership
• Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship
• Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives
• Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
