About The Position

Spreetail is seeking an EHS Manager for its fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The manager is expected to spend significant time on the warehouse floor conducting walk-throughs, investigating incidents, and delivering training. With no dedicated Safety Supervisors, this role independently carries out the work required to keep associates safe and programs audit-ready. The role owns injury metrics, OSHA recordkeeping and investigations, safety training completion, monthly audits and corrective actions, emergency preparedness across shifts, and proactive workers’ compensation management. The position supports multi-shift operations, including night and weekend shifts.

  • Formal or extensive regulatory experience, including ownership of OSHA 300 logs, complaint response, and onsite regulatory support.
  • Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night and weekend shifts.
  • Direct experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
