Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
- EHS experience including team management in industrial or transportation sectors.
- Expertise in OSHA, EPA, and local EHS regulations; proficiency with EHS management systems and incident investigation tools.
- Strong grasp of risk assessment, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on team development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale EHS programs to meet evolving regulatory and operational demands across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety culture and ensure compliance at every level.
- Ensure reliability of EHS systems through rigorous audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion innovative approaches to hazard identification, mitigation, and sustainability practices.
- Lead knowledge sharing sessions and mentor teams to elevate EHS standards company-wide.
