About The Position
We are looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager, Compliance to join our New Brighton, MN team! As our EHS Manager you will work closely with our quality and production teams to ensure EH&S compliance across our Liquid Coatings and Shot Peening Surface Technology facility.
Requirements
- Ability to read, understand and follow detailed instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to obtain a DOD security clearance
- 5-8 years of experience within an EH&S capacity
- Experience with external auditors and government compliance
- Experience within a chemical processing facility
Nice To Haves
- Experience with lasers, robotics, or CNC type equipment is preferred
- Experience with Title 5 is an asset
Responsibilities
- Manage the environmental, industrial, and health and safety regulation compliance for two liquid coatings sites in California
- Working with VOCs
- Developing and completing predictive and preventative maintenance for EH&S
