About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time EHS Manager in Turkey, Texas to manage all safety aspects of construction projects. This role is for a skilled safety professional who is looking to take their career to the next level with a company that has an outstanding company culture and team atmosphere. We are looking for the best candidates for our leadership team and are offering a competitive annual salary of $90,000–$110,000, earned and paid weekly. We offer great benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO).

Requirements

• OSHA 500 required
• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• Familiar with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Clean driving record
• Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail
• Able to lead with minimal supervision
• Proactive, positive, and professional attitude
• Able to mentor a team while maintaining high integrity
• Strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
