About The Position

Spreetail is hiring an EHS Manager for its fulfillment center in Greenwood, Indiana. This is an onsite individual-contributor role, five days per week, with responsibility for both the strategy and hands-on execution of safety programs. The manager is expected to spend significant time on the warehouse floor conducting walk-throughs, investigating incidents, and delivering training. The position independently carries out the full breadth of safety work, with no dedicated Safety Supervisors, to maintain associate safety and audit-ready programs. The role owns injury metrics, OSHA recordkeeping and investigations, safety training completion, monthly audits, emergency preparedness, and proactive workers’ compensation management. It partners with Operations and P&C to identify and resolve safety issues, meet training targets, and improve results. The posting welcomes applicants with diverse backgrounds and does not require a college degree.
