About The Position

This role is responsible for managing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and ensuring OSHA compliance, as well as coordinating facility maintenance, repairs, and projects. The specialist will conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations, while also maintaining various compliance records. Additionally, they will oversee the monitoring and maintenance of facility systems such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, and security. The position requires a strong understanding of relevant regulations and effective communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of EHS/facilities experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage EHS programs and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Maintain OSHA logs, SDS, training, and compliance records.
• Manage LOTO, PPE, HazCom, emergency plans, and safety training.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance, permits, waste disposal, and facility projects.
