About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill an EHS Cority Developer position for our client. This role involves configuring and customizing the Cority platform to align with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program requirements. The developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Cority modules, forms, dashboards, workflows, and reports, as well as creating solutions that automate EHS processes and improve operational efficiency. Integration of Cority with other enterprise systems, such as HR, ERP, and business intelligence platforms, will also be a key responsibility. The position requires collaboration with EHS and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, along with supporting user access controls, permissions, roles, and security settings. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing data management activities, monitoring system performance, and providing training and ongoing technical support to end users are also part of the role. The EHS Cority Developer will support EHS initiatives and ensure the platform effectively supports regulatory compliance and organizational requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Cority EHS platform.
  • Experience configuring and customizing Cority modules, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Knowledge of EHS processes, regulatory compliance, and data management.
  • Experience with system integrations and enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Understanding of user access, permissions, and application security.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating Cority with enterprise systems such as HR, ERP, or BI platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with data migration, data uploads/exports, and system troubleshooting.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and providing end-user training.
  • Experience working collaboratively with EHS and IT teams in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the Cority platform to align with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program requirements.
