EHS Coordinator Qualifications Required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–4 years of experience in EHS, manufacturing, recycling, industrial, or logistics environments. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in an industrial environment and on the production floor. Preferred Experience in electronics recycling, waste management, or hazardous materials handling. Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, R2, e-Stewards, or ISO standards. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to walk production areas, outdoor areas, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds. Exposure to industrial equipment, noise, dust, and materials typical of recycling operations. Use of PPE as required.
