About The Position

Join Learning Grove, a trusted nonprofit serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll help create engaging, play-based learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, while supporting lead teachers and building strong relationships with families. Requirements

• CDA (Child Development Associate) required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality

Nice To Haves

• Experience with young children preferred

Responsibilities

• Support classroom setup and daily activities
• Assist with child development tracking and family engagement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment
• Collaborate with staff to meet high-quality standards
