Electronic Health Records Trainer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electronic Health Records Trainer to join our team. As an Electronic Health Records Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting on-site training for Epic EHR to clinical and non-clinical end-users. You will serve as a subject matter expert to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure the efficient and effective use of the EHR system and other related applications. Responsibilities: Conduct role-based training sessions and provide follow-up/reinforcement training as needed. Provide ongoing EHR support to users by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns. Contribute to the development of training materials to support end-users in effectively utilizing the Epic system. Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to troubleshoot technical problems and communicate user needs for system improvements. Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics. Assist with general IT functions, including user support, system issues, and operational initiatives. Qualifications: Prior EHR training and/or Epic experience (Preferred) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent in experience related to the position) (Required) Minimum of 1 year of experience working with electronic health record systems, preferably in a training or support capacity. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to audiences with various levels of computer knowledge.
