About The Position

The EHR Systems Analyst & Support Specialist will be the go-to expert who keeps our electronic health record running smoothly, helps our teams get the most out of it, and makes sure it works as hard for our patients as our people do. Every appointment, care plan, and follow-up at Damien Center runs through our EHR. When the system works well, our care teams can spend less time clicking and more time connecting with the people they serve. In this role, you'll be both a trusted helpdesk resource and a strategic partner. You'll troubleshoot day-to-day issues, but you'll also shape how our integrated care, quality, and operations teams work, making sure our system supports the reporting and standards that come with being a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Your work will have a real, visible impact on patient care.
