Requirements
- High School Diploma, preferably with business-related coursework
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electronic health record systems or database management
- Experience creating reports, training materials, or user documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and spreadsheets
Responsibilities
- Process and review forms for electronic data entry
- Accurately enter and maintain information within multiple databases
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy, correcting errors as needed
- Research and resolve discrepancies in documentation
- Generate electronic reports and assist with data tracking initiatives
- Utilize spreadsheets and reporting tools to organize and analyze information
- Provide end-user support for Adelphoi's Electronic Health Record system
- Create training materials, user guides, manuals, and PowerPoint presentations
- Assist staff with EHR-related questions and system navigation
