This role involves the conversion of data from paper medical records to electronic medical records, ensuring the accuracy and timely conversion of these records. Adherence to HIPAA guidelines regarding confidentiality is crucial. The position requires the ability to perform all functions of medical records, mail room, and PBX, along with predictable and consistent attendance.
