EHR Analyst
About The Position
Our client is dealing with a backlog of EHR that need to be triaged into EHR system. The Techs will be working inside document manage system (Highland OnBase) identifying documents, processing rules and then moving them on into their EMR. Assigned batch's of work from Highland Onbase to triage. Anything comes in from external sources via fax lands in Highland OnBase and the EHR Tech will be assigned to move it to 1-4 special teams by identifying what type of document it is and where it goes (workman's comp, or needing to send it to the front desk for doctors signature, outside consult and just need to attach it to record, etc.).
