Requirements

Associate degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and workplace safety regulations
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience with hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation

Responsibilities

Partner with our Regional EHS Manager and plant leadership to strengthen and elevate our safety culture across the organization.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping identify risks before they become incidents while championing programs that make our workplaces safer, healthier, and more efficient.
Drive proactive safety initiatives and employee engagement.
Lead facility safety inspections and identify improvement opportunities.
Investigate incidents and uncover root causes to prevent future occurrences.
Analyze safety trends and help develop continuous improvement strategies.
Support safety reviews for new equipment, processes, and facility changes.
Deliver training and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards.
Influence positive behaviors and help build a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.
