This role serves as a clerical administrator for raw material Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and data coordination into formulation software systems. Responsibilities include the receipt, organization, review, and filing of raw material SDSs, as well as entering applicable data into Product Vision for CAS approvals. The specialist will act as the primary TSCA Notification Coordinator for all WFG facilities and the Training Coordinator for the Hudson facility. They will also coordinate and administer new employee orientations with the Human Resources department, prepare and run necessary regulatory reports, and serve as backup for Audits and final product SDS generation and distribution. Additionally, the role involves maintaining mileage and fuel purchase logs for interstate trucks, filing quarterly fuel tax returns, maintaining driver qualification files, and coordinating DOT drug screenings. The specialist will be the primary liaison between RPM and Wolfe, and RPM and Wheels for all DOT matters.
