About The Position

Inspire Early Education is seeking caring, experienced, and EEC Certified Childcare Teachers for a full-time Floating Teacher position. This role involves working in a joyful, inclusive environment across multiple Pine Village Spanish Immersion Childcare Centers. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and compassion to the classrooms, supporting children's growth, confidence, and development through play-based curriculum. This position requires regular travel between work sites, making reliable transportation essential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification
• Ability to pass background and health requirements

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
