About The Position

Inspire Early Education is seeking caring, experienced Childcare Teachers to join their team at Inspire Pine Village Preschool in Cambridge, MA. The role involves creating a joyful, inclusive environment where children and educators can flourish. The position focuses on supporting children's growth, confidence, and development through play-based curriculum and building meaningful relationships with children and families.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
