Goodstart McKinnon is a welcoming 75‑place long day care centre located in a quiet residential area, close to public transport and local amenities. Goodstart McKinnon are supported to deliver meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. We celebrate cultural diversity, build strong relationships with families and our community. Supporting children from Nursery through to Kindergarten, offering variety and development across age groups. Must be able to work in a full-time between operating hours 7:15am – 6:15pm, Monday to Friday. Feel supported day‑to‑day with leaders who understand the realities of the room and value educator wellbeing. With thoughtfully designed learning spaces, recently upgraded outdoor environments and genuine flexibility across operating hours from 7:15am to 6:15pm, this is a centre where educators feel valued, supported and part of something meaningful.

Requirements

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current VIC Working with Children Check
