About The Position

As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences. Goodstart Melton High Street features a newly updated, natural kinder playground with sandpits, climbing ropes, a stage, a cubby house and a mud kitchen - all made from wood and metal. The centre has freshly painted learning spaces inside and out, creating vibrant and welcoming rooms. They offer Food Bank support with free pantry staples available for families twice a week, and veggie gardens where produce is grown, used in meals, and shared with families. The centre also hosts exciting incursions and excursions, including music and art programs, dentist visits, and shopping trips. The dedicated, caring staff support each child's development with a Key Educator Approach and regular cultural celebrations and family events, including Diwali, Red Nose Day, and more.

Requirements

Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Working with Children Check
