About The Position

Educator (Diploma-Qualified) at Goodstart Belgrave Heights. This role involves helping provide the best start to a child’s life and making a lasting impact while growing an incredible career. The Educator will become a vital part of the team, working alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for the children. The dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences. The Educator will support the delivery of high-quality early learning programs, mentor educators, and contribute to a positive and inclusive environment for children, families, and colleagues. This position requires flexibility to work across a rotating roster between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current VIC Working with Children Check
