About The Position

We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join the team at St Agatha's Outside School Hours Care in a Permanent Part-Time role. This position is ideal for an experienced educator who can confidently support and help lead a team, with a pathway to increased responsibility and future leadership opportunities (Responsible Person). At St Agatha’s OSHC, we provide before school, after school, and vacation care for up to 75 children from Prep to Year 6. Requirements

• Diploma qualified in Children's Services (or ACECQA equivalent) or working towards.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous childcare experience would be preferred.
