About Goodstart Mount Waverley Goodstart Mount Waverley is an exceeding and welcoming 84-place centre, conveniently located just off the Monash Freeway within a quiet corporate district. We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mount Waverley, working full-time, in a fixed-term position (up to January 2027) across a rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. This role is a floating position, offering variety and the opportunity to support learning across multiple rooms within the centre. Flexibility, teamwork, and adaptability are essential, as you’ll work alongside experienced educators to ensure continuity of care and high-quality learning experiences for all children. The centre features: Purpose-built indoor learning spaces from Nursery through to Kindergarten Three outdoor play areas with natural and manmade elements including sandpits, vegetable patches, bike paths, a worm farm and shaded spaces A strong focus on cultural diversity, inclusion, and family partnerships Programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, with a commitment to exceeding the National Quality Standard A supportive and collaborative team culture where professional growth is encouraged

Requirements

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current VIC Working with Children Check
