About The Position
Teacher Proven LLC is building a talent pool of educators who are committed to student success. We partner with schools to provide high-impact academic intervention, small-group tutoring, instructional support, and classroom staffing solutions. We are seeking qualified educators to join our pipeline so we can match you with opportunities as they become available. Educators in this pool may be matched to positions such as: Classroom Teacher, Instructional Tutor or Interventionist, Paraprofessional / Educational Assistant, ESL, Reading, or Math Specialist, Behavioral or Student Support Roles, Substitute and Short-Term Support Roles. Assignments may vary by school location, schedule, and grade level. Placement is based on experience, certification, skill set, and school needs.
Requirements
- High School Completion
- Experience with K–12 learners in classroom or support settings
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree
- Retired certified teachers ready to share experience and wisdom
- Certified teachers with a proven ability to mentor
- Pre-service and provisionally licensed educators excited to support learners
- Experienced tutors skilled with high intensity small-group work
- Paraprofessionals and instructional assistants flexible in applying a range of skills
