Requirements

At least 18 years old
High School diploma or equivalent required
Valid state driver’s license
Demonstrate high-quality guest service skills.
Able to engage and interact with children and adults.
Able to successfully complete all legal, company, and department training requirements to include, but not limited to, passing required tests and certifications within established timelines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes every day of the week, with start times as early as 4:00 PM ending as late as 2:00 AM throughout the events.
Must be able to work nights of the event.
Able to maintain composure and objectivity in all situations when interacting with guests.
Able to follow all park and departmental policies and procedures.
Able to stand and walk for an entire shift.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds on occasion.
Able to work in all weather conditions.
Able to work indoors/outdoors with or without A/C for entire shift.
Willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically represents the park by displaying a positive attitude, high energy level, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.
Escort guests on tours of the park during seasonal events such as Howl-O-Scream and Christmas Town; providing a VIP experience which includes frontline access to attractions, priority seating to select shows, and private beverage stations.
Support staff: assist with set-up, check-in, serving alcoholic drinks, selling products, seat saving at shows, and clean up.
Fulfill primary responsibilities of all preceding job descriptions and perform other duties as assigned.
