About The Position

The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Coordinator for its Educator Engagement team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of programs that support educators, students, and Economics Clubs nationwide. The Associate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, ensuring timely delivery of resources, and facilitating seamless event execution. This position offers hands-on experience in curriculum development, educator outreach, and event planning, placing the individual at the operational core of FEE's educator engagement strategy. The goal is to support pathways that foster deep and lasting alignment with the principles of a free society among teachers and students. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals early in their careers who possess strong organizational skills, an affinity for systems and follow-through, a foundational understanding of classical liberal economic concepts, and a passion for creating impactful educational experiences. While no specific degree is mandated, familiarity with history, political philosophy, and economic theory is beneficial. Proficiency in spreadsheets, AI technology, CRM tools, and written communication is essential. There are opportunities for growth into roles involving curriculum development, educator outreach strategy, or program management, depending on individual interest and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or administrative workflows.

  • Familiarity with history, political philosophy, and economic theory.

Responsibilities

  • Keep engagement data current across Thinkific, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
  • Generate regular reports on user engagement.
  • Review and verify registrations for the Financial Intelligence Test (FIT) program and for teachers.fee.org.
  • Maintain learning management platforms (teachers.fee.org and students.fee.org), including uploading new resources.
  • Use current and emerging AI technologies to enhance data, systems, and educator efforts.
  • Proofread curriculum resources for accuracy, tone, and alignment with FEE's mission.
  • Help brainstorm and refine resources for high school debate clubs.
  • Draft emails and flyers promoting curriculum and events.
  • Monitor the team inbox and respond to educator inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records of participating teachers and economics clubs.
  • Coordinate shipping of curriculum and swag packages to clubs.
  • Manage the Educator Engagement team calendar and track project timelines.
  • Support scheduling and logistics for webinars and in-person events.
  • Collect and organize post-event feedback and testimonials.
  • Process Teacher Fellowship applications and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Partner with Development and with Marketing, Analytics & Technology on shared projects.
