About The Position

Linchpin Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Educational Technologist for their Quantico, VA location. This role supports the operation and administration of learning management systems, collaborates with technical support teams to refine troubleshooting strategies, and assists course developers and instructional staff with the technical aspects of building and delivering online or blended courses. The Technologist will also work with Tier 1 support personnel and management to refine Tier 1 support strategies. A Secret DoD Clearance is required.

Requirements

Active DoD Secret Clearance eligible
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Ability to safeguard and maintain electronic files
Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education
3-10 years of instructional design experience
Experience with Moodle and LMS Operations

Responsibilities

Supports the operation and administration of learning management systems.
