Reasons to Believe (RTB) is an international, outreach-oriented, science apologetics ministry. Our mission is to spread the Christian gospel by demonstrating that sound reason and scientific research—including the very latest discoveries—consistently support, rather than erode, confidence in the truth of the Bible and faith in the personal, transcendent God revealed in both Scripture and nature. Reasons Institute (RI) is the educational arm of RTB that exists to train Christian leaders and believers to think clearly about the intersection of God’s world and God’s Word. We offer rigorous yet accessible online courses that connect students to rich lectures by experts in the field (scientists, theologians, physicians…) while transforming them into confident and missional followers of Christ. This role combines operational excellence with project management and continuous improvement, supporting students, instructors, university partners, and internal teams. Am I the right fit? The ideal candidate is someone who loves bringing order to complexity. A dependable and curious learner who enjoys executing detailed projects, improving how our courses run, and helping meaningful educational experiences come to life.
