About The Position

A loving, dedicated Bay Area family is seeking a long-term, highly engaged, and confident Full-Time, Live-Out Educational Nanny to join their household as a true parenting partner in the hands-on care of their active, intellectually curious two-year-old son. They are planning to grow their family this year and would like to bring the right professional on board before that, both to bond with their son now and to transition smoothly into caring for a toddler and a newborn together in the months ahead. This is a deeply collaborative “shared care” role, working closely alongside an involved mother. The family takes parenting seriously, practicing a gentle but boundaried approach that leans into their child’s passions. They are looking for an exceptional caregiver who sees childcare as a respected career, takes child development seriously, and hopes to grow with the family for many years to come.

Responsibilities

  • Plan creative, developmentally rich activities and outings that lean into his interests and support his rapid growth.
