About The Position

Grants Pass School District No. 7 is seeking applications for an Educational Assistant position at Parkside Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is 3.75 hours per day and operates on a 182-day calendar, typically from August to June. The district's vision is 'We Are GP! Requirements

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
• Two years of college study OR an associate’s or higher degree OR a passing score on the District reading, writing, and math assessment.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Knowledge of and experience with computers.
• Knowledge of business English, spelling and mathematics.
• Some knowledge of office practices and procedures.
• Ability to type at a working rate speed.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with fellow employees.
• Ability to get along well with students.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish preferred.
