About The Position
U.S. Healthcare Services provides in-home services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Cyber Charter School. This opportunity is for an Educational Aide to provide support services in Reading, PA, for 35 hrs/wk. The role involves in-person, one-on-one services during the school day. This is a per-diem independent contract position offering flexibility and convenience.
Requirements
- Completion of some college coursework
- Able to obtain clearances

Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one assistance and encourage participation in live online sessions.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment by providing positive reinforcement, redirection, and strategies for self-regulation.
- Adapt instructional materials as directed by the teacher.
- Reinforce lessons and concepts introduced by the teacher.
- Check classwork and assist with homework.
