About The Position
U.S. Healthcare Services provides in-home services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Charter School. We are seeking an Educational Aide to provide in-person, one-on-one support to a 4th-grade student near Thompson, PA. This role involves working 25 hours per week during school hours. The position is offered on a per-diem independent contractor basis, providing flexibility and convenience.
Requirements
- An Associate's degree or higher is mandatory.
- Prior work with children is essential.
- Ability to obtain necessary background checks.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to encourage student participation in live online sessions.
- Implement Positive Behavior Support Plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Specialist.
- Guide students through independent study and enrichment activities.
- Review classwork and supervise completion of make-up assignments.
