The Education & Training Specialist provides consulting and classroom based education and staff at all levels of UFP organization including the Patient Access Center. Provides needs assessments, develops high quality course curriculum in response to organizational needs, particularly involving the practice management system; Epic’s Cadence and PB Resolute. Responds to requests for assistance regarding workflow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to UFP policies and procedures.
