The role also encompasses volunteer management, including recruiting Master Gardeners and students, creating and managing an online TH training program for volunteers, and organizing in-service training. Additionally, the position requires documenting progress in TH participant groups and promoting the UF Wilmot Botanical Gardens TH program through various channels. Greenhouse management is also a key aspect, involving the oversight of a 2,700 sqft greenhouse, purchasing plants and supplies, training and managing work-study students and volunteers, and leading TH presentations and tours.
