About The Position
The Education Specialist/Recruiter for the UAM-STA will be responsible for organizing and scheduling classes to be held through the UAM-STA and will coordinate with multiple agencies, organizations, and schools to recruit workers/students to forestry-related programs and careers.
Requirements
- Credential in a field related to the Sustainable Trades Alliance.
- Vast knowledge of the impact of the forestry and manufacturing industries in Arkansas.
- Organization, collaboration, and ability to manage tasks.
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of experience in the field (or a related field) preferred.
- Knowledge of K-12 career and technical education pathways preferred.
