About The Position

Under close supervision, coordinate department/practice subspecialty fellowship program(s) by coordinating recruitment and onboarding for incoming trainees, scheduling events, maintaining educational information pertinent to the training record, and ensuring compliance guidelines are followed. Supports educational objectives by tracking and communicating information related to the programs and trainees. This role also involves assisting in the development of education and recruitment materials per institutional and national guidelines and recommendations.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 year’s experience

Responsibilities

  • Independently execute institutional and fellowship program activities, including educational events, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, graduation, and related initiatives.
  • Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, institutional, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate activities and develop processes that support ongoing program compliance.
  • Support the Designated Institutional Official, Program Directors, Department Chair, Director of Medical Education, Vice Chair of Education, and other leadership on program operations, accreditation, and educational initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with faculty, administration, affiliated institutions, community organizations, and professional organizations.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee databases, reports, and tracking systems to support program operations, accreditation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data to stakeholders.
  • Provide information, guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy for fellows, faculty, staff, and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain educational, marketing, and program materials, including websites, handbooks, forms, reports, and other communication resources.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to assess educational needs and develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs, learner assessments, training activities, and educational resources.
  • Coordinate program timelines, meetings, site visits, special projects, educational resources, and operational activities while supporting strategic program development and implementation of best practices across fellowship programs.
  • Participate in committees, institutional initiatives, budget-related activities, and professional efforts that support fellowship education and program excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
