About The Position
Our Head Start program is seeking an Education Coordinator to oversee classroom quality, mentor teaching staff, and elevate our inclusive learning environments. This role is ideal for a passionate Early Childhood Leader with experience in behavior analysis, behavior therapy, or OT, looking to make a broad community impact. You will use your background in behavior analysis or sensory-motor development to shape early childhood curricula, support neurodiverse learners, and coach teachers in real-time.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Great organization
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledgeable about early child development
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in behavior analysis or behavior therapy, or OT
- Bilingual in Spanish
