About The Position

The Educational Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and program support for the Master of Nursing Science (MNSc) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs, this position serves as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, prospective students, and external partners. The Educational Coordinator coordinates student services, academic program activities, accreditation support, data management, recruitment efforts, and program operations while ensuring compliance with university and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field PLUS three (3) years of experience in educational program coordination, student services, academic administration, or a related area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with databases and data management.
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for MNSc and DNP students, faculty, and prospective students.
  • Coordinate student registration, orientation, progression, and graduation activities.
  • Maintain student records, programs of study, and academic tracking systems.
  • Manage and maintain data in Workday, Typhon, REDCap, and other program databases.
  • Support student recruitment and enrollment activities in partnership with the Student Services Office.
  • Coordinate course evaluations, program evaluations, and student surveys.
  • Assist with accreditation activities, self-studies, annual reports, and regulatory reporting.
  • Track clinical placements, clinical sites, and student compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate on-site intensives, simulation experiences, and special program events.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new and adjunct faculty.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other program-related materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs and program faculty.
  • Collaborate with university departments, clinical partners, and external agencies to support program operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
