About The Position

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a global humanitarian organization dedicated to helping people affected by crises. The SCOPE Education initiative focuses on ensuring access to education for children in challenging environments, from infancy to young adulthood. This includes early childhood learning, primary and post-primary education, school safety, and gender equality. Innovation, particularly through education technology, is key to strengthening teaching and learning. The IRC's Education Technical Unit (TU), in collaboration with the Airbel Impact Lab, develops and scales innovative solutions like aprendIA, an AI-powered teacher professional development program. The Education Content Manager is crucial for ensuring the quality, pedagogical soundness, and contextual appropriateness of this content.
