Requirements
- Experienced with a similar position with full qualification
Responsibilities
- Inspire and encourage teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages
- Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers
- Collaborate with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers
- Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Support the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum
