About The Position
Primrose School of Bent Trail is seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Coach to join their team. This role focuses on the growth and success of early childhood teachers, ensuring they are confident and supported to create safe and healthy environments. The Education Coach will drive teacher development and mentorship within a thriving culture for children and team members. The position involves supporting teachers of all age groups, participating in the hiring process, collaborating on onboarding experiences, conducting classroom observations to ensure curriculum implementation, and supporting the use of a digital platform for curriculum delivery.
Requirements
- Natural passion for mentorship and training
- Confident in supporting and mentoring early childhood teachers
- Ability to collaborate with leadership team members
- Experience with classroom observations and curriculum implementation
- Familiarity with digital platforms for educational content delivery

Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages
- Participating in the selection and hiring of teachers
- Collaborating with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers
- Conducting classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Supporting the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum
