About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an Education Applications Modernization Consultant for an active RFP opportunity with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). This role involves supporting the modernization of school support applications, requiring senior .NET development skills for maintenance, enhancement, and modernization efforts. The consultant will be responsible for various aspects of the modernization process, from planning and requirements gathering to implementation and release readiness. This is an RFP-based contract opportunity.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support modernization planning, requirements, implementation, and release readiness for school support systems.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
