The Education Ambassador/Sales Manager guides interested applicants in identifying the right program and successfully enrolling them into either an Ayurvedic Institute or AyurPrana courses. We deeply respect the significant life changes students often make to study with us. As the Education Ambassador/Sales Manager, you will be the vital human bridge between people seeking transformation and the programs that can deliver it. This is not a passive, order-taking role. It demands a self-starter who can manage a full sales funnel, persistently pursue leads, and close with confidence and grace. The product is extraordinary—world-class healing and education rooted in one of the oldest wellness traditions on Earth. Your job is to make sure the people who need it find it, and commit to it. This is not a transactional sales role. It is a relationship-driven position that requires genuine curiosity about each prospect's journey, deep knowledge of our offerings, and the ability to guide people toward experiences that will genuinely change their lives. You will build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while directly supporting AyurPrana's strategic growth and the living legacy of Vasant Lad's work.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with 2-4 years in relationship management.
  • Master various systems and tools, including CRM, program management software, and guest/client relationship platforms.
  • Demonstrate impeccable follow-through, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to supervise and motivate others effectively.
  • You should be able to work collaboratively with all levels of management and co-workers, effectively dealing with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • You must be able to manage priorities and workflow efficiently, showing versatility and flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
  • Display good judgment in making timely and sound decisions.
  • You should be capable of working both independently and as a member of various teams, handling multiple projects and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety requirements and cautions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire applicant journey, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment:
  • Proactive Outreach & Follow-up: Ensure timely and thorough responses to all educational program leads, consistently following up with potential students to guide them through the process.
  • Personalized Guidance: Conduct engaging school tours, providing prospective students with a comprehensive understanding of program offerings, campus facilities, and the unique Ayurvedic Institute and AyurPrana educational journey.
  • Educational Advising: Help prospective students envision and understand their ideal educational path within our programs, addressing their questions, concerns, and career aspirations to ensure a strong fit.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective students, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout their decision-making process.
  • Drive Enrollment Growth through Active Sales:
  • Direct Sales Engagement: Actively conduct outbound and inbound sales calls for all programs offered, articulating value propositions and addressing objections.
  • Detailed Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all sales calls and interactions to track progress, inform future outreach, and ensure data integrity.
  • Strategic Networking: Fully network and strategically engage with new contacts to expand the prospective student pool.
  • Achieve Enrollment Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals through dedicated effort and strategic execution of recruitment activities.
  • Represent the school by participating in community and industry organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with all business standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to the annual Recruitment, Marketing and Sales Plan.
  • Maximize enrollment through strategic marketing efforts, utilizing brand promotions, cross-selling, joint initiatives, and other brand synergies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to retain the current student base and increase market share.
