Requirements

• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as working with others effectively as a part of a team is essential
• Good verbal & interpersonal communication skills; ability to work well in group situations; ability to deal effectively with conflict in mature & consistent manner
• Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform small repairs, PM and autonomous maintenance duties
• Setup, run and troubleshoot the linear wrappers in IM
• Setup work lines according to the job specific requirements and ensures that the correct materials are used according to the job docket
• Complete all quality checks as required
• Complete forms as assigned and on time
• Ensure assigned work cell meets housekeeping, sanitation and GMP requirements.
• Work in a team with others including but not limited to mechanics, packers, technicians, lead packer, material handler and supervisor to resolve problems.
• Train other wrap employees
• Participate in continues improvement projects
• Conduct all actions in a safe manner
• Zero safety infractions in last 12 months.
